30-Day Comfort Guarantee

We want you to love SomnaAir. If you're not happy with your order, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right.

Returns

Unused bands and unopened adhesive tab packs can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

For hygiene reasons, used adhesive tabs can't be returned.

To start a return, email us with your order number. We'll reply with return instructions. Please don't send items back without contacting us first.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund - no return needed.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Original shipping is free, so no shipping charges are deducted.
