How does SomnaAir work?
Two small adhesive tabs sit on the outside of your nose. A soft, flexible band snaps onto them magnetically and gently lifts the sides of your nostrils open. Nothing goes inside your nose.
Will it help with snoring?
Many users report quieter nights when snoring is caused by nasal congestion or narrow nostrils. It won't help every type of snoring. Persistent or loud snoring can be a sign of sleep apnea, so please talk to your doctor.
Can I use it for sports?
Yes. Many people wear SomnaAir while running, cycling or training to make nose breathing feel easier.
How long does one kit last?
The bands are reusable. The adhesive tabs are single-use, and one Starter Kit has about a 15-night supply.
Which size should I use?
The kit includes multiple band sizes. Start with the medium band. If it feels loose, size up; if it pulls, size down.
Is it comfortable?
The band is light and flexible. Most people stop noticing it after a few nights.
Will the tabs irritate my skin?
Clean, dry skin helps the tabs stick and stay comfortable. Don't use on irritated or broken skin, and stop using if irritation occurs.
How long does shipping take?
